This policy applies to orders placed online on the website www.laceaun.ro, operated by the Company B ART TRADIȚII S.R.L.
Right of withdrawal according to the legislation
According to GEO no. 34/2014 on consumer rights, customers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the products.
Important exception:
This right does not apply to perishable food products according to art. 16 lit. d) of GEO 34/2014:
„Products that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly are exempted from the right of withdrawal.”
Therefore, the products ordered on www.laceaun.ro cannot be returned after delivery.
Situations where a refund or replacement may be requested
Although the standard right of return does not apply, www.laceaun.ro accepts requests for refund or remedy in the following situations:
Order cancelled for objective reasons
In certain cases, the order may be cancelled by us for reasons such as:
- the temporary unavailability of certain products or ingredients;
- technical problems of the platform;
- payment processing errors;
- unforeseen situations that prevent preparation and/or delivery.
In such situations, the customer will be notified as soon as possible and the paid amount will be fully refunded within maximum 14 calendar days, using the same payment method.
Wrong order or non-compliant product
If you have received:
- a product other than the one ordered;
- a missing product;
- a damaged product;
- compromised or opened packaging;
please contact us within a maximum of 2 hours from delivery and provide us with:
- order number;
- clear photos of the products and packaging.

Procedure for requesting a refund

or use the contact form on the site.
Please include:
- full name;
- order number;
- problem description;
- photographs (if applicable);
- bank details (for online payments, if necessary).
You will receive a response in a maximum of 2 working days.
If the request is approved, the refund will be made within maximum 14 calendar days, using the same payment method originally used.
Important information
Returns for subjective reasons (e.g., “I don’t like the taste”) are not accepted.
No additional fees are charged for refunds.
The delivery fee is non-refundable, except in cases where the error belongs to www.laceaun.ro.
