La Ceaun wasn’t created simply to be just another restaurant in downtown Brașov. It was born out of a desire to revive a flavor that seemed to have been lost: the taste of food prepared without haste, where the only “secret” ingredients are a gentle flame, a cast-iron pot, and patience.
