Security of personal data and information
Personal data entered by the buyer will be used by the Company only for the stated purpose of this site.
The information in the order form is necessary to send you order confirmations, deliver the ordered products, announce ongoing promotions, etc.; under no circumstances will it be provided to a third party.
The company does not sell, offer, exchange email addresses obtained through this site, nor does it disclose your email address to others who access the pages of this site, without your explicit consent.
According to the requirements of Law no. 677/2001 for the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, as amended and supplemented, and Law no. 506/2004 on the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector, B ART TRADIȚII S.R.L. is obliged to manage, in safe conditions and only for the specified purposes, the personal data you provide to us about yourself, a member of your family, or another person. You are required to provide the data, as they are necessary for invoicing and delivering the products you have chosen. Your refusal will result in the order not being fulfilled.

Disclaimer
- In the event that the product price or some of its characteristics have been incorrectly entered into our databases or displayed incorrectly, and delivery has not yet taken place, the company reserves the right to cancel the delivery of the respective product and to notify the customer as soon as possible about the error.
- Also, the images are presented on the site as an example, and the delivered products may differ from the images in any way, due to changes in characteristics, design, without prior notification by the manufacturers.
- The maximum value of the Company’s obligations to any customer, in case of non-delivery or improper delivery, is the value of the amounts collected by the Company from the respective customer.
- After dispatching the products, the Company can no longer be asked for a refund in any way, nor for the return of the products.

Delivery terms
- Given the nature of the products offered, referring to their perishability, product delivery will be made as we announce in the pre-order launch campaign.
- Where applicable, products can be picked up directly from the headquarters mentioned in the promotional campaign, or will be delivered by the company’s employees.
Return Conditions
Warranties
- Our products do not come with a warranty, as they are food products.
- Only appliance-type products benefit from a warranty, depending on the specifications of each manufacturer, individually.
Additional taxes
- The company does not charge the customer any additional fees when purchasing the product.
- For any additional fee charged, you can immediately contact contact@laceaun.ro.
Offers and Freebies
- All offers and freebies offered by www.laceaun.ro are posted on the home page.
- When there are multiple offers or freebies, they do not accumulate.
- The client has the possibility to choose the offer that suits them.
- Orders placed under the same name and address will be combined and sent in a single package.
- Promotions and gifts apply nominally to orders. Orders made under the same name and at the same address will benefit from the offer/gift/promotion, limited to one piece, or as specified on the homepage.
- The gift products nominally presented with the product are given to the extent of one piece, regardless of how many pieces of product are purchased.
Fraud
- ANY ATTEMPT TO ACCESS THE PERSONAL DATA OF ANOTHER USER OR TO MODIFY THE CONTENT OF THE WEBSITE www.laceaun.ro OR TO AFFECT THE PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVER ON WHICH OUR WEBSITE RUNS, WILL BE CONSIDERED AN ATTEMPT TO DEFRAUD THE WEBSITE www.laceaun.ro AND WILL INITIATE CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION AGAINST THE PERSON(S) WHO ATTEMPTED THIS ACT.
Disputes
- Any dispute arising between Clients and the Company will be resolved amicably.
- If the conflict could not be settled amicably, the Romanian courts have jurisdiction.
- By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, the customer fully assumes these risks.
