It appeared out of the desire to recover a taste that seemed lost: that of food made without hurry, in which the only \u201csecret\u201d ingredients are a gentle fire, the cast-iron cauldron, and The bread is kneaded by hand and baked until it becomes golden and crispy. The soups bubble for hours in cauldrons, allowing the flavors of smoked meat and local vegetables to blend perfectly. Here we bake the brown bread, simmer the soups slowly, and carefully prepare the goodies from the pantry.
