{"id":1846,"date":"2026-03-15T13:00:33","date_gmt":"2026-03-15T11:00:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.laceaun.ro\/return-policy\/"},"modified":"2026-03-24T16:27:42","modified_gmt":"2026-03-24T14:27:42","slug":"return-policy","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.laceaun.ro\/en\/return-policy\/","title":{"rendered":"Return policy"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This policy applies to orders placed online on the website <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.laceaun.ro\/en\/\">www.laceaun.ro<\/a><\/strong>, operated by the Company <strong>B ART TRADI\u021aII S.R.L.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Right of withdrawal according to the legislation<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to GEO no. 34\/2014 on consumer rights, customers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within <strong>14 calendar days<\/strong> from the receipt of the products.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Important exception:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This right does not apply to perishable food products according to art. 16 lit. d) of GEO 34\/2014:<br\/>\u201eProducts that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly are exempted from the right of withdrawal.\u201d<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Therefore, the products ordered on www.laceaun.ro cannot be returned after delivery.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Situations where a refund or replacement may be requested<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Although the standard right of return does not apply, www.laceaun.ro accepts requests for refund or remedy in the following situations:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Order cancelled for objective reasons<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In certain cases, the order may be cancelled by us for reasons such as:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the temporary unavailability of certain products or ingredients;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>technical problems of the platform;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>payment processing errors;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>unforeseen situations that prevent preparation and\/or delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In such situations, the customer will be notified as soon as possible and the paid amount will be fully refunded within <strong>maximum 14 calendar days<\/strong>, using the same payment method.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Wrong order or non-compliant product<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you have received:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a product other than the one ordered;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a missing product;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a damaged product;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>compromised or opened packaging;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">please contact us within <strong>a maximum of 2 hours from delivery<\/strong> and provide us with:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>order number;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>clear photos of the products and packaging.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dup\u0103 analizarea situa\u021biei, vom oferi <strong>fie un produs \u00eenlocuitor, fie rambursarea sumei aferente<\/strong>, dup\u0103 caz.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Procedure for requesting a refund<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Send an email to: <strong><a>contact@laceaun.ro<\/a><\/strong><br\/>or use the contact form on the site.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please include:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>full name;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>order number;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>problem description;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>photographs (if applicable);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>bank details (for online payments, if necessary).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will receive a response in a maximum of <strong>2 working days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the request is approved, the refund will be made within <strong>maximum 14 calendar days<\/strong>, using the same payment method originally used.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Important information<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Returns for subjective reasons (e.g., &#8220;I don&#8217;t like the taste&#8221;) are not accepted. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No additional fees are charged for refunds. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The delivery fee is non-refundable, except in cases where the error belongs to www.laceaun.ro.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This policy applies to orders placed online on the website www.laceaun.ro, operated by the Company B ART TRADI\u021aII S.R.L.
